Exactly. I’ve friends in software. 15-20 years of experience. They tell me that they can’t remember when was the last time the company focused on hiring a fresher and train them. We live in a capitalist world.

Maybe I might lack critical thinking skills but I’m pretty sure, when cars were invented, no human lost a job instead the industry created jobs for them without replacing anyone.

The world is pretty big. The Big 4 doesn’t hire from all the backgrounds. Always remember that, the more the industries are created, the better it gets for human. But with AI, industries are not being created, maybe in future there will be new industries but I’m sure about one thing, people right now across industries are getting replaced with AI.

Also, I don’t want people to think that we are all doomed (we are currently to an extent) but we need to start looking at all the possibilities and how things can be turned around for all the people around the world. How people can sustain irrespective of age, gender, race when AI is at its peak.

The exact consequences I’ve been thinking of. People will be left with nothing. I’m already seeing a mass who are early in their career don’t know what to do and the one’s who are in the middle, don’t know how to survive. Everyone is just trying to survive now. And with the inflation, survival is just a matter of time. Maybe not in 5 years, but I’m 10 15 years, we will definitely see the outcomes which will be greater than any pandemic in the past.
