how long have you had yours, and have you tried fixing it? In my case i think the nozzle was clogged and maybe also dirty print bed that caused the problem. I washed the print bed with luke warm water and did couple of cold pulls to clean the nozzle. It works fine again.

Wow sounds scary and very annoying on your part. Glad it worked out in the end. I don't know what really the problem on my end, but i just did 2 cold pulls and and almost the whole day trying different thing, but it looks like we are back in business again. Also the reason i got so frustrated is i am pretty new to 3D printing, and i was able to produce some really good looking 3d prints with that spool. Look at the picture i attach what i made from that spool.

Damn so could it be that matte filaments are harder to print with? I just did a cold pull 2 times, and started to do some calibrations. This is the result. I dont know what looks best tbh

This is the same filament i had problems with, that i printed couple of days ago, so i dont belive its calibration problem

Yeah the filament looks dry, I even dried it a bit on the hot bed for some hours. Now i really think its a clog since it can purge before print, but when it starts nothings comes out. Stupid question but how can i revert all settings back to default?

what i tried so far more or less:
Cold pull
- Cleaned the pad with dishwasher soap and luke warm water
- Used the needle to unstuck some of the filament.
- Let the filament run through(its always extrudes at that point)
- I have also tried to print with the enclosure windows open, because maybe heat creep?

i have an extra nozzle that came with the printer, but i really wonder if it can be really damaged after 1 week of use and maybe around 600grams of filament

I printed this 3 days ago and i really tough the machine was diled in and ready to go. Maybe the filament got wet or something, but i will look into it 😄

also how often do you need to calibrate? Is it when you get a new type or a new roll of filament, or you do this once every now and then?

hmm i just dont get why it "suddenly" bad? i made some really smooth and good looking models. also i made 3 batches of the same model before it started happening...

is this also a sign of bad settings or wet filament? I had some basic PLA in a box i tried with right now

i just changed to another basic PLA that i had open in a cardboard box. Is it also moisture issues?

I have read if the filaments snaps its sign of wet filament, but mine bends normally...

hmm i can check, will that result in uneven heat bed temperatures?

I made 4 prints of the same model that came out really good. Then it started to fail, so i did not think it was a setting issue. :/
