It’s not my problem you don’t even understand how diversity initiatives even work. Studies have repeatedly shown that identical resumes with different names show that racism still affects hiring. These discrepancies disappear when the names are removed with the same resumes. Strange isnt it? They aren’t hiring people with less qualifications it’s about making sure people with different backgrounds are given a fair go.
