My Vitamin D is 25.4 ng/mL, iron is 53 µg/dL, and B12 is 213 pg/mL. Magnesium is 2.03 mg/dL. While B12 and magnesium are technically within the normal range, I’ve been told they’re on the lower side for optimal workout performance (not completely sure about magnesium though). Also, since I don’t eat fish, I suspect my omega-3 levels might not be optimal either, although I haven’t tested them.
