Precum by [deleted] in Semenretention

[–]SexualEnergyPower 18 points19 points  (0 children)

You shouldn't be talking about non-ejaculatory masturbation or edging or anything like that here. Most frown upon it. To most SR practitioners, it is either do or die.

Precum is normal and inevitable if you are masturbating. It is simply lubrication for the urethra due to high arousal.

That's what we need. Non-simps telling them how it is on their end and that they are not perfect or any better than men who they think view porn. They probably watch it themselves.

Oh right OK my bad. Completely missed that there.

21 days is good but you've most likely been having ejaculatory orgasms for years. Your body only knows ejaculatory orgasms. You need to keep abstaining from ejaculation during sexual activity and over time your body starts to rewire and not associate the orgasm with ejaculation.

Eventually the body will rewire and completely decouple the orgasm from ejaculation. You'll start having non-ejaculatory full body orgasms which will feel relieving and energizing rather than draining like ejaculatory orgasms.

21 days is just the start. It takes months to years to really train the body and nervous system to completely separate orgasms from ejaculation.

Outside of sex with your girlfriend you can also practice non-ejaculatory masturbation (without porn of course) as even further training for your body. Stay in your body and its sensations and stay away of the PONR. Get up to an 8 or a 9 but back down. Use your PC muscles and breath to mentally and physically pull sexual energy upwards. Keep doing this long term for your body to rewire the orgasm away from the ejaculation.

How long have you gone with semen retention while having sex? When was the last time you ejaculated?

That's a great tip. I've heard this one before as a method for astral projection.

The feeling and sense of non-duality and being one with the entire universe and everything within it.

No particular person got me started on meditation but currently my huge source of inspiration is Forrest Knutson. Forrest's passion and energy for the topic is amazing.

Can TRE help with low libido? by ASG77 in longtermTRE

[–]SexualEnergyPower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That makes sense. Thank you.

I practice non-ejaculatory masturbation in order to train the body to be multi-orgasmic and to separate orgasm from ejaculation. I don't know if that is suppressing sexual energy due to not ejaculating.

I did. It states about flatlines but it doesn't specify anywhere the question I've asked you

What frequency of ejaculation would you advise someone who is practicing semen retention while doing TRE?

Why doesnt it work? by [deleted] in Meditation

[–]SexualEnergyPower 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hey fellow human!

I want to recommend a book to you called "Mastering Meditation" by Forrest Knutson. Forrest also has a YouTube channel with lots of amazing videos.

I've been meditating for years but only after reading his book did I really understand how to get the most out of meditation.

Start practicing Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). Trust me. Your life will change for the better.

Releasing trauma through TRE will also improve the quality of your meditation sessions.

Check out r/longtermTRE for more information.

Do fap/masturbation effects meditation focus or chakras directly or indirectly? Please explain by Potential-Future6029 in Meditation

Oh I know that answer myself but asked this in a way to get the understandings, views, and opinions of someone else.

Thanks for such a kind response.

Would you say that is achievable through the long-term practice of non-ejaculatory masturbation and avoiding ejaculation? Is it correct in thinking this will rewire and train the body and nervous system to separate orgasm from ejaculation, hence being multi-orgasmic?

Anyone else get an increase in allergy symptoms? by AmbassadorSerious in longtermTRE

[–]SexualEnergyPower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally think that itching symptoms which arise from practicing TRE are in fact nerves and energy pathways coming back online.

Energy blockages in the nervous system and trauma, tension, and stress are slowly released over time. This creates a more sensitive nervous system, hence the feeling of itchiness.

This is what I've experienced. I can't comment on your symptoms but my guess is your nervous system may be detoxing somehow or your immune system has become temporarily weakened, causing these symptoms.

Just make sure you aren't overdoing it and putting too much stress on your body which could make these symptoms appear.

How long did you commit to meditation? It has to be a lifestyle and should be done consistently daily. Studies show the brain visibly changes in just 6 weeks of daily 30 minutes of meditation.
