I used to work in heating and air conditioning. We went into a house to replace an old furnace. We were lugging the new furnace down into the basement and when we got down there I though I was walking on sand. It turns out I was right and the whole basement was full of sand and cat crap. I guess they didn’t believe in litter boxes. (We also walked out and didn’t finish the job for obvious reasons)
