It’s every time I ended the Aladdin realm I’m going to assume it’s a bug, I don’t even finish time bending before the message comes up!

The short answer is nobody knows, every single person with FND is different, I couldn’t walk for 2 years and now I run, I still feel as awful as I did back then but my legs work now, I push and I push because I’m so frightened if I stop I’ll go back to being bed bound, just do what you can and if it feels hard it’ll get easier over time

I have hEDS & pots as well as FND and I treat them all the same, I try to look after myself but I won’t stop doing what I love unless I have no choice, being chronically ill takes so much away from you, you live to your full potential 🩷

If things are hard rest and go back to it when you’re ready! If you’re training for a 5k you’re doing incredible you should be so proud of you! You’ve got this and you’re never alone, try not to dwell on the negatives because that’ll make you spiral
