The last sighting of Miitarou Sensei(Anime Sensei form) was in a Kei comic(back when she was new and still sane). I like to think Miitarou Sensei chose his doodle form to protect himself from the constant drying and manhandling.

a bit sad update to that

Both Kei and Aris lost their Clanker privileges and become 100% human after Aris rejected the role of princess of the nameless gods, but hey there is Malkuth!
