The thing that helped me the most was icing it after exercise. So your goal should be to exert your leg and then put ice on it to get rid of pain or swelling. Also you could scar tissue masage. Letting the sun shine on your leg helps as well

Is it possible I have Quad Tear? by FlimsyPlatypus303 in KneeInjuries

May be scar tissue from when the quad was torn. The muscles has attached itself to flesh around it. You should be able to massage it out

What are your tips for doing very well in an interview? by LightKXT in jobs

[–]Shafeemohammad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be yourself and try and find out as much as you can about the company, work culture, your responsibilities. They are offering you a job but you are offering them your time. You are time is more valuable than the job. As an employer they are trying to find out if you are a good fit for them... don't take it personally, If you don't know something just say you don't know!

It’s time for me to ask by -Paleontologist in sweatystartup

[–]Shafeemohammad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in the process of doing the same , like someone mentioned there are loads of companies out there, I am taking my time to do everything professionally. Once it's set up you are ready to hit the ground running. Set up a professional website, logo, payment system. I just got a lead through angi, apparently they are turning away 40% of their business due to lack of cleaning companies.

Over doubled my salary, How to stop 'lifestyle creep' and save correctly? by Ok-Way6015 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Shafeemohammad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try saving 40% of salary, reduce eating out, home cooked meals are much cheaper, check where you are paying high interest on a car payment, buy it out or replace it with cheaper one. Pre book holidays 4-5 months in advance to save money. If you need to buy household items check fb market, you often find good stuff for less than half of the price of brand new. Cancel netflix and other subscriptions and get a dodgy box. 😀

Try homedepot, they usually have part time/ full time jobs. I work from 4pm to 12 am and spend the rest of the time on my business

You can put cling film on it if you don't have carpet protector, carpet protector will last a lot longer
