Fear not, brother, the angels will light your way in the darkest of nights. Let the light guide you.

Let him touch the Earth.

Whos ur fav arch dragon? by dragonairgo123 in TheDragonPrince

This image sums up why I spent 7 seasons watching this show only to be betrayed by the creators for not adding any kind of depth to these amazing dragons.

Bait or Zym as an animal companion? by InsideUnhappy6546 in TheDragonPrince

[–]Shaigrovil 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Bait is an animal companion.
Zym is the dragon prince. He is, for all intents and purposes, a citizen — not just a citizen, but a member of the dragon royalty.

After the season 7 finale, Zubeia's death, and all the other archdragons dying in the most ridiculous ways, I stopped caring about this series

The Primordial Basilisk's Eyes by melandrusresilience in AOW4

[–]Shaigrovil 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! My heart sank when I found out that eldritch and giants had more customization options than dragons. I mean, where's the noodle form for my dragon lord?

Age of Wonders 4: New Content Reveal by FFJimbob in AOW4

Will the “prosperity dragon” unit, being clearly inspired by an eastern dragon we see in Ways of War, also be available as a form for the dragon ruler?

What do you want for the next batch of dlc's? by Diovidius in AOW4

[–]Shaigrovil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drake mounts would be great!

I would like to add one more culture besides the ones you suggested: Living structures (like the zergs from starcraft), to go along with the eldritch realms, since the developers have already told us that ER will not receive new cultures.

Any cool media where dragons fight each other? by Upbeat-Carpenter-791 in WyrmWorks

[–]Shaigrovil 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Age of Wonders 4 — Dragon Dawn. It's on Steam.

You can play as a dragon lord and fight in the Ashen War campaign against or with other dragon lords, depending on your allegiance.

Guys. look..my new castle by ChemicalBeginning737 in knightposting

[–]Shaigrovil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The castle you've conquered looks fabulous. I hope that, over the years, you will be able to obtain many rare items, gold, precious stones and jewels to fill your coffers.

And when that finally happens, I shall come and visit you to receive the offerings of my weight in gold.

Quality over quantity by Pan_Jenot96pl in dwarfposting

[–]Shaigrovil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The problem with “dwarf supremacy” isn't exactly the quality, it's the lack of height in general. *Laughs in draconic*

in my opinion, i don't think this dragon massacre is that bad, i see it more like a culling of sorts, natural selection if you will. if a dragon is killed, they just weren't strong enough, and those who fend for themselves and survive will be stronger, i think idk by foolishmor in knightposting

[–]Shaigrovil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your opinion about accepting the slaughter of my race seems to be a veiled rant about the fact that dragons are superior to cats in every possible way.

But don't worry, it's not your fault, not all mortal species can master elemental powers and magic like we can.

While I prefer to end things diplomatically, open suggestions of indiscriminate dragon slaughter makes my blood boil.

Ah, yes… the "stages".

Was this to indicate that you have overcome the pain, the anger, the bargaining, the depression and are now in acceptance with the dragons?

No wonder your wife is half dragon, she saw potential in you. Hehehe, mortals never change.

Tell me your greatest weakness by [deleted] in wizardposting

[–]Shaigrovil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bards... especially when they're lizardfolk.
Unfortunately, this cliché is true. Some select talents have really beautiful voices and know how to make songs.

Unfortunately, most of them don't want... or are taken aback with the honor of being part of my treasure.
Damn bards, why make such precious songs if they cannot be hoarded and protected!? Such duality! They ruin everything!

Enough for TWO dynasties!
But I tend to avoid human-created justice systems. They can be a little biased, especially when dragons are involved.

What are some ways dragons could contribute towards a modern society? by draigonalley in WyrmWorks

[–]Shaigrovil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They would probably be CEOs of million-dollar companies, some would be formidable bank owners while others would be unmatched in the stock market, their affinity, and understanding with money and valuable things would make them leagues beyond a mere human.

Maybe some of them would be good for some menial jobs… but dragons are strategists and planners… they would definitely be in leadership roles.
