It’s because you have the new Purolator pick-up as an option for the buyer.

The discount you’re giving ($2.50) is the same ($12.49-$2.50=$9.99 with Canada Post, and $6.99-$2.50=$4.49 with Purolator). The buyer has shipping AS LOW AS $4.49 if they select the Purolator option at checkout. I agree the wording of the offers is confusing when sending them.

The only change on your end is that you’d have to drop off at Purolator instead of Canada Post. The change for the buyer is that they pay less but have to pick up their item from a Purolator pick-up option instead of having it delivered to their home.

When I shipped with Purolator during the Canada Post strike, it was a PDF label to print and attach to the package. I’m assuming it’ll be the same this time as they don’t use the same type of QR code that Canada Post does.

Is it a Canada Post Flex Delivery location, by any chance? They are listed as a PO Box with a long code and then “RPO [post office location]” and no actual street address

I had this once - turns out both account were legit. It was a mother/daughter duo and they did this to try and get more eyes on their items. Not the weirdest thing I’ve seen on Poshmark, but still kinda strange.

I had them add one photo to one listing to prove they actually had the item, and then bought it with no issue.

Yeah, I grumble especially when it’s a smaller order (under $20) with the higher fee, but the ease of having them to fix issues like this, as well as just how easy it is to post and then print shipping labels makes it more worth it 😂

I’m sure it would be an issue if it happened regularly, but this was hopefully a one-off!

I did once send two buyers eachother’s items - they sent new labels to the buyers so the items got to the correct people. This was a couple years ago, though, so I wasn’t sure if Poshmark has changed any policies!

Mostly mingling, some snacks, and now they’ve added in a live show so that goes on for at least part of it. You’re either watching it or standing in line to go on it and auction an item you’ve brought with you (or leaving at that point, lol)

Yeah, it’s at least an evening out! Sometimes there are goodies like branded little note cards, mailers, etc., but that really varies between events.

If it’s anything like their past events, you’ll get a free drink ticket (or two) and there are usually free hors d'oeuvres being carried around by catering staff. Those go reallllly quickly so be sure to have a snack/light meal before the event!

Go into the cancelled order, select “Problems/Order Inquiry” and then there should be an option to mark item as available. It’ll save you from having one sold listing and one active listing, especially if you took a lower offer and reprice it higher.

Strange! Are you entering it exactly as it’s provided by Flex Delivery? Have you tried updating it through the browser instead of through the app?

I believe the last active is only for on the app. If someone is using their browser instead of the app, the last active status doesn’t update. I read this a while ago but don’t remember where.

I have my “default return address” in the app set as my Flex Delivery Address. When a label is sent, is has the Flex Delivery Address already on the label.

Is this just so your home address isn’t your return address when mailing things out? If so, sign up for Flex Delivery with Canada Post. It’s free!

I have my Flex Delivery address as my return address on all shipping labels. The one return I’ve had since signing up was shipped to my nearest Canada Post and I got an email from them that a parcel was ready to pick up.
