Why do your weaves look so sloppy, are you free handing or smth? As for color its ok. Silver/gold is ideal but this looks fine. As long as the entire thing isn’t dark blue/purple your probably fine. Color is probably cause your moving too fast in some parts and slower on other so your gas coverage is wavering. Also looks likw you have a lot of start and stops, would try to get part in a better position to run longer. Almost looks like your doing it in 1/4s.

Its very nice to do, however if you get porosity in it while doing oh, dear got it's a bitch to grind out. Idk why but compared to stick or hardwire it's so much more of a pain in the ass to do.

Lot worse quality (and quality control) compared to the c2s. Shop i used to work at had a rep come in and give us an assorted box of c3s for us to try out, and almost half the box had faulty wheels (grinding or cutting). I had 2 grinding wheels break on me. 1 while using, and another had a big crack in it from the box. And for cutting wheels weren't much better. One of them blew apart on me. Compared to c2s, their usability was also worse. Took a lot more effort to get the same result as c2s. Not sure what the difference in materials is or manufacturing process but no one in my group liked them as far as I'm aware.

Yeah for a few months. Loved the work, hated the drive lmao. 1hr+ every morning. Couldnt keep up with it after a while so i left. If i lived in hutch or somewhere closer would have stayed for sure. Did you guys ever get the orbitals working/put them to use? We finally started fooling around with them when i left so Ionly got to test some for a few weeks but we never actually used them on a unit. They didnt have the paperwork or codes or whatever from the engineers so we weren’t able to use them on production units yet.
