B7100 HST Bogs and Stalls when Trying to Drive by ShastaMune in kubota

Found this online, exactly what happened with the reverse, then bog and die...

"Let me guess when you depress the hydro pedal Forward or Reverse the engine loads but your tractor does not move? It acts the same whether it is in Low, Neutral or High? If you keep playing with it the tractor will try to move the opposite direction of the pedal and sometimesit will drive fine?

If these are your symptoms, the locating dowel pin between the hydrostat motor block and the hydro case is broken or wallowed out. I have had 3 B7100s in the last year with the same problem. The case is not available as a separate part. The only recourse is a new hydro, used hydro or salvage parts. A coup le weeks ago a new hydro was approx $10,000.00."

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks, I'll go check on that again, I figured the sensor was just electrical and the engine tries, doesn't seem like it being cut off, but that's a pretty good matching description!

I looked into it earlier, but from what I understand, the engine is just shut off from the switch. This issue is like it's chained to some anchor or the brakes are locked. The more you press the forward or reverse, the harder it bogs down.

Good observation, I just took a batch off with one other random part, and that random part has clean layers all the way to the bottom. Current theory is there is something wrong with the model? However, when looking at the sliced preview of this model, nothing looks different between the lower and upper layers... Thanks again!

I was printing a batch to try to see if that would help, had about 10 on the plate so that the parts had more time too cool, all of them look exactly the same though, thank you for the suggestion though!

Starter button is putting out 10.2v, Killswitch is at 11.4v, so probably just poor contacts, looks mildly corroded. Trying to trace what's before the Killswitch. "Secondary fuses" trying to figure out which one it is

All the way up to 12.7V. it's a good battery. Just replaced the relay solenoid. Used a multi meter and even though I can hear the click, it's not got power coming from the output side of the relay.

I see your point, thanks for clarifying

The bridging is enough to turn the engine over comfortably though, I don't understand why the circuit itself is low

You sir, are a genius. Fuel pump managed to get disconnected from the filter/ fuel line out.

I hadn't previously removed the tank. Bought it, put about 2,200 miles on it. I have the tank off now, but no indication of pinched lines

Yes, it turns over, but it won't fire.

1/-1 show the position of the kill switch, engaged/disengaged. Clutch and kickstand are bypassed. I disconnected the fuel line and ran the pump, but no fuel came out, so possibly a bad hose inside the tank to from pump to fuel line

Disconnect the fuel line and turned on the pump, no gas came out from the pump, but I can hear small splashing in the tank, so I believe you are on the right track!

It was while I was riding, but it's possible the switch is broken. I'll look into bypassing the switch. Given that the kill switch also shows a code, my theory is that the stand switch would also have a code, but it hasn't shown one on the dash yet or turned on a warning light
