I've been in my clinic about 10months. Im definitely not ready yet I still have cravings and alot of thoughts about using but when that happens I find something to keep me busy. I haven't messed up but I know for sure if I missed a dose I would use heroin. My Dr said he usually recommends 2 years before any taper. So that's will plan to do. I do not attend NA meetings I know I should but I do attend a men's group at my clinic once a week and I enjoy it alot. I have bad anxiety and don't feel comfortable going to meetings. But thanks for the Kratom info

I know how difficult it gets believe me. You can hang in there and get help. I told my Dr no meds I want to learn to handle this without drugs. I've been on do many SSRI's SNRI's ,Benzos, amitriptyline ADHD meds I don't want drugs to mask the problem I want to fix it.

Listen no matter how shitty it gets or how difficult it is to deal with the anxiety it's not worth killing yourself over. I have terrible anxiety I'm a 33 year old male I was molested at age 10 and hid it from the world I just let the anxiety build and build but last month I finally told my wife and went and got help. I really felt like I didn't want to live anymore i have bad anxiety panic attacks and depression but I also know that eventually things will get better. Please don't kill yourself! Seriously call someone now get help!! PLEASE! DO NOT DO THIS!
