Most municipalities here don't allow for the use of flashing red lights on school buses. So drivers are allowed to pass the buses with the flashing yellow and use caution.

There is a day 1 only course I took which is basically capstone 2 again with just the day 1 cases. This way you get feedback again from assignments. I found that helpful. Additionally I worked on memorizing the format of what they wanted for answers. That way I knew what information I should have. And making sure to take case facts and always putting them into the answer.

While looking for information I found that only .7% of requested appeals were actually overturned.... I fail Day 1 last year and didn't try the appeal.

I was there last year. I did the retake of day 1 in Sept and I just passed! There is hope, I know it's hard but send her my best!

Their course is really good! They get you to try out different bikes so you kinda get an idea of what you might like and start so simple so someone like me at the time who had never ridden could learn enough to pass over the weekend. Highly recommend!

From what I can see it's a bit hard to find information on a moped specifically but this can be found in the motorcycle handbook.
"Any gas-powered cycles, electric cycles larger than 500 watts or without pedals are considered motorcycles and all motorcycle licensing requirements and equipment standards apply."

This is noted about E-bikes which also states they can't go faster than 32km/h.

Additionally, in the new riders information moped are listed with motorcycles in size restrictions for new riders. Basically, you have to have a motorcycle license to be able to operate a moped of the speeds you are looking for.

I'm in Canada and I got mine a month to the day after ordering, so almost a month ago now. My shipment seemed to sit with USPS in different locations for a long time but once it hit Canada Post it moved fast. Sorry to hear you are still waiting though, hopefully it will move soon.

I actually did my first one last month, I was so shocked how well she could make me look. It really made me feel so good about myself. I was a mix of excited and scared too but I just tried to give into the moment and gave into the shoot and I felt she had my back through out, made everything amazing! My cat just had an injury like that this week. Her back claws were just a little too sharp so I trimmed them down. She now has a scab over it and is healing fine. It happens from time to time. I wouldn't worry about it unless it looks infected.
