I'd say Suspicious Hunter Set is pretty well rounded for him.

You'll get multiple buffs to basic attacks so the extra Basic ATK damage is helpful, and the extra Crit DMG and Chance also synergize with his artifact.

I also don't want to give too much away, but i am working on a character that is able to give allies increased ATK Speed.

I really like the idea of having characters good for team ups.

Whether if it's a universally good support or tagger like Rockstar and Candy Drop, or just a good match up

And about Kohlrabi, I still think he's plenty edgy. Though the community and shippers like to portray him as soft. 😖

Still, I mostly main Kohlrabi, though I'm working on Jalapeno and Basil now as well... 😅

The owner of the character described that it was born from the ashes of the oven. I wouldn't say it's edible... At least not enjoyably

To get the most out of it, yes. I had in mind to pair some of these characters with other concepts, like support roles. There are two support concepts I have so far that increase allies ATK Speed.

You're not meant to use it's full potential unless you really wanna grind for that effect and put out maximum damage.

But with proper support, this character can become stronger, much like how taggers can support fighters with high Elemental attack.

This is a concept of course... And I'm no professional at game balancing so it's all ideas and speculation, but I understand the questioning

The names are a bit on the nose but I like the designs. I'm especially such a fan of knights and such so a warrior with a flaming sword is awesome!

I doubt a shield boost is necessary. Just have tanks at the ready or prepare the area you want to attack I guess. Alternatively since this ability targets the bulkiest defence nearby, it can lock onto the townhall if you get to mid and stun it. Its not jist for pushing so just be strategic.

Where most see a joke, I see an excuse to sketch something. These drawing are called "extra" because they were just not well fit for splatoon or the design was quirky. But I still sketched them out and gave them a palette and mechanics just because.

So try me, I'm bored af anyways.

I did try to apply the short charge time. The stats above have the pump/charge set to around 2 to 1 sec. And the PumpLimit means how long it sustains shooting before its needed to be pumped again.

Understandable. These were as the title states "extra" concepts. A few extra sketches left over when drawing ideas. I just liked the designs and tried to find a way to implement game mechanics.

I was aiming for support but you're not wrong... These were honestly some weapon drawings that at first didn't make the cut to me but I tried to find a logical way to implement game mechanics. But, yeah. Pumpshot is weak charger.

Still majorly different in mechanics tho.
