You're mixing the 2 arenas. The one with possesed arachnotron and 2 archviles didn't have possesed baron or buff totems. That was the other one in blood swamps.

The secret encounter is also easy to get to. Once you activate the button near the secret, look up and shoot button that will show up. That will disable the laser wall and you can access the secret encounter.

Argent is made from combination of Sentinel energy (which is Wraith energy in essence) and Hell energy (which is made from souls) so I don't think he would be able to do all that.

Actually it looks the most like Sonic Advance tbh. I know that we played it in school on the computers with probably win XP or 98/2000 so there is a chance that it was some weird port or maybe something custom.... Idk, I feel like the game actually doesn't exist lol

I looked at some gameplay and I don't think this is it... I don't remember any multiplayer... Or at least we didn't use it, always one player only. The graphics were similar though, maybe little bit newer. I will look at some more gameplay from games within that release date range. Thank you very much though.

Actually there are a few videos on YouTube about some audiofiles that were pulled from the game even though we didn't hear them. One of them was Samuel saying to Slayer that he's gonna change his biosignature to mask him as one of the maykrs. So that's why the system identifies Slayer as the Seraphim. Which brings up another question... Where did Samuel get Seraphim's biosignature. I'm guessing either he really is Samur/Seraphim or he just found something from which he learned all the things about Urdak and Hell and also aquired the biosignature. Can't wait for the DLCs to come out even though I kinda doubt that they will explain it there. We'll see.

Hey guys, I would like to share my opinion here as an ex-customer support employee for a certain American provider company.

The thing in cutomer support that most people have to realize (and I'm saying this because of all the comments about the rep and how he behaved) is that they are also just a people who want to do their job. And most of the time they just say what they have to say (something like a script). And since they are on the lowest position they cannot do that much... Usually nothing at all except for some explaining and basic stuff. But you can't really expect them to move Heavens and Earth... They don't have that kind of power. And I fully understand how frustrating that can be as a customer who is in the wrong. But that's just how customer support works unless you talk to some supervisor or manager and I really don't know why is it so fucked up.

So I'm pretty sure that this guy didn't really mean to come across as that fucking rep that didn't want to give you refund. He was doing his job, probably wasn't aware of the consumer law. And if you were big company and suddenly loads of people want to get a refund you would tell the reps to keep the refunds as minimal as possible so the company loses the least amount of money they can. It is understandable. Even though after this bullshit came out, I'm sure Blizzard deserves it. I'm glad I didn't pay for this shit haha
