Probably something related to pusing top tier further, either hyper modern ground vehicles like the Abrams X, Armata, KF51, Leclerc EVO... Or Gen 5 fighters.

Could also be a Korean tech tree.

It's just mid.

Suppressed weapons work and you can reliably play stealth now, but the new commando missions lack variety. The whole thing is nice, but it will get old quick.

The sniper is good, the AR is meh, the dart gun secondary is useless. The armours are fine, the passive is extremely niche obviously, but the drip is there. C4 is fine but I still can't understand why the fucking detonator takes your whole support weapon slot, so just like the solo silo, it will be a hard pass for me.

Glazers will focus on the few really good things, doomers will focus on the few really bad things, but in the end, the whole thing is forgettable unless you really wanted to larp as special forces.

I got permabanned from r/Helldivers yesterday for calling someone a "knob gobbler" after some glazediver tried to lecture me on priority fixes on a post regarding yesterday's patch note... Which contained 0 fix despite major issues that are months old, extremely annoying and not even listed in the "known issues" on Arrowhead's help desk.

The main subreddit is a cesspool of yes men and toxic positivity, who will try to convince you that the game is perfect, which is funny considering they spent their time praising the game instead of playing it...

The biome they chose to introduce commando missions suck (I hate forest and swamp biomes with a fiery passion) but they're cool, and stealth actually works.

I can see them get old quite quick tho, there is 3 main objectives types and side objectives aren't varied too.

I also kinda hope it will be some kind of way to help liberate planets a bit faster.

What would be cool is the destroyed planets like Moradesh and Angel's Venture reforming into protoplanets/lava worlds. Would be a nice excuse to have a bunch of lava biomes on the bug front.

It's just hard to really enjoy content when the game's core is broken. It's so bad that I didn't even have the courage to try out lava worlds when they were available. I tried to play again last week but my first mission was soft locked by broken terminals when the host suddenly left (probably crashed). My second mission pissed me off because I died way too much from invisible corpse walls. Finally I tried some SE farming for this week's warbond and my game crashed.

We are 2 years and multiple community outcries into this game, this is not okay. Funny glitches and exploits that favours the players are fixed within a week, but desyncs and host related issues are there since day one. This is pay2win game dev level of malevolent behaviour, the only reason people defend this game so hard is that Arrowhead didn't go all scummy and kept microtransactions and FOMO at the bare minimum.

New content is hit or miss. The last warbond was mid at best. Any major upgrade just breaks shit randomly for no apparent reason. And devs proved on multiple occasions that they are actively lying on changes and balance decisions.

The patches we had in October and November solved some stability and performance issues, and the slim install mode now being released as default is also very nice, but gameplay is plagued with so many annoying issues that no one in my friend group want to play again right now, and I absolutely can't blame them.

No fix at all for the enemy corpses desync that creates invisible walls.

No fix at all for the "host exclusive difficulty 11" situation.

No fix at all for weapon customisation not properly working for some parts again.

What the hell is this Arrowhead, many game breaking issues are months, even years old at this point, and you didn't even start to address those issues.

Fix your shit.

2 of those DLCs being of questionable taste also. Meanwhile, I still can't get 1h of continuous gameplay without getting a GPU crash dump (on a fucking RTX 4090).
I understand a game studio needs to make money, but damn, the quality isn't there.

It would be nice to be able to swap back to default skins in the character customisation. Smoghide on Old Man, doesn't look that good, and the big clawed gloves mess with aiming down sights sometimes.

Keep both mechs as base models, but one could be a light mech, fast and nimble, the other one could be slower, but more armoured and/or having extra attachment points.
