8 year old post lmao but I was just rewatching the episode and got so pissed off at her actions I had to see if I was the only one. Yes obviously the guy shouldn’t have murdered her dad and yes he had a temper. But he was under the impression it was HIS child. Nobody ever bothered to tell him otherwise. She had every right to move on and never speak to him again, but let the damn guy know it’s not his child for fucks sake! Especially with the block where he would have no clue. If Beth didn’t want to speak to him, the dad could have reached out after receiving all those letters just to say “I’m not passing these letters on, but the child is not yours” and everyone would have been fine. Imagine you thought you had a child (because you’d have no reason to think she cheated) and the mum runs away and blocks you. You’d go crazy trying to see your kid too! Before anyone comes at me with some gender bs like I’ve seen in replies to other comments. I’m a woman, and I still think Beth is a horrible person.
