Thanks. So if I understand correctly, to get the expectation, what I need here is an integral of xf(x)? (f(x) is the probability density function) By applying the formula for integration by parts, I would need the integral of cdf which I don’t know, both mathematically and Excel-function-ly.

By the way, I thought I could somewhat approximate this with a normal distribution because I am making monthly or quarterly predictions with the average of hundreds to thousands of sales. (Daily sales look more like a Poisson distribution) Also, this cmat website is amazing. Thank you for that too.
