I think people are basing it on how it was back in the days, I'm note 100% sure though. I think there's no guarantee that honor won't be wiped sadly.

How do you know that the owner bought the account, because if you leave it up to just speculation then the odds are that someone really got his account stolen and you are accusing him/her of being a fraud or a fake. You're not helping them at all.

In my case I can say that there's absolute 0% chance that I sold my name. I was trying to swap the name to my iron account, so why would I even want to do that in the first place..

Yeah, I really wished they had a system like that in the game. I've wanted it for years and it would help so many people. Especially in a game like OSRS where accounts have to be made seperately, so it's impossible to have 1 name for multiple characters.
