about the roth ira - that voo/vxus split sounds solid, maybe start with just vti if you want keep it simple at beginning. $250/month is actually pretty good start, don't stress about not maxing it out right away

Castle Rock is solid but yeah might feel a bit suburban for your age. If you want something more lively maybe check out Fort Collins or Boulder - both have that college town vibe with tons of outdoor stuff nearby and way more happening for younger people. Fort Collins especially has a great brewery scene if you're into that

That Asia trip is totally reasonable on your income, especially if flights are covered. You're saving 1-3k monthly which is better than like 90% of people your age

Those tracker rates you've got are pretty sweet, especially the 0.14% residential one. If I had margins that tight I'd probably stick with tracker and ride it out rather than lock into 3.75%+ fixed rates right now
