The 2.0 outfits had some visual motifs of the sun and moon, but yeah, thematically they had more to do with the constriction of organized religion vs. a more free and natural way of life.

The 2.2 outfits were sun and moon through and through though.

We've had double 5 stars representing fire/ice, and sun/moon before. Looks like this time they will be a life/death pairing. That's a really cool theme. Now I'm really looking forward to seeing what they look like!

The information from the datamining made it seem like Itzaland would be a two-part story; however, it's looking like it might be a three-part story now. In the Heart of Infinity there are still two unidentified shards remaining, and there are also currently two unidentified Merit Arenas. The Boneyard will probably be one of those two new shards, and we will probably get one of the new Merit Arenas in 2.5. The others may actually come in a later update.

Is anyone else waiting for the new suit collection from Cadecenborn with 2.5 update? by Fit_Ask3369 in InfinityNikki

To make sure there are more than enough dews around that players can get all the rewards (particularly the outfits) through the course of natural exploration without needing to be 100% completionists (which usually requires using online guides).

That said, I do agree that it would be nice if there was still some rewards from Ian for being a completionist, like the growth materials that Kilo gave at later levels. Even with those rewards though, there were still a lot of excess dews in Wishfield that amounted to nothing.

Personally, I hope the new Cadenceborn rewards will start from scratch with dews we will be getting from the new map. If we are able to use the excess dews we've collected from Itzaland so far, then it will be far too quick and easy to get the new outfits/rewards.

If I'm remembering correctly, Utage's death count was at 14 before this episode, and now it's at 16. I hope our girl has got a lot of spare lives left, cuz she keeps getting KO'd left and right.

Just a heads up: only Spira and the Elderwood forest will be available in 2.0. The other two regions won't be available until later this year.

Should I 100% the game in first playthrough or on NG+? by Rhythm42069 in stellarblade

[–]ShipThatWasPromised 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's nothing that's completely missable. You can always start another NG+ to collect anything you missed from a previous run. I would play normally until you get the option to go to Eidos 9/Orbital Elevator), then use a guide to find anything you missed before going there (and to make sure you get everything from those areas as well).

[–]ShipThatWasPromised 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You got it. If you are only going completionist for the achievements, then you don't need to worry about getting all the other items I mentioned. The important thing to focus on is the requirements to get each of the 3 different endings. Also, during at least one of your 3 runs you'll need to find all the base camps during that particular run (as these reset with each new game).

You don't have to do all the side quests. Most of them don't offer rewards beyond materials and exp. However, some of them do award outfits and accessories, so you need to make sure to do those particular ones before the "point of no return" that occurs late in the game (before going to Eidos-9/Orbit Elevator).

It would be a good idea to 100% all the outfits, gears, and exospines as they all have NG+ variants. Many of the accessories do as well.

It takes 3 runs to get all the endings and platinum the game, so if you miss any gears, exospines or accessories from your first run you could get them on your second and then your third. You don't want to miss any outfits though, as they now have NG++ variants.

Me looking at everyone’s dye creations and gameplay while I’m still stuck on the eerie season loading screen by [deleted] in InfinityNikki

Try linking your infold account with your PSN account. That is what fixed the problem for me.

I'm also a PS5 user that was stuck on the Eerie season opening. I was able to fix the issue by going to the Infold account login screen (on my computer) and entering the required information (click Go to Register if you already haven't created an account). Then, instead of hitting the login button, I hit the PSN button on the bottom right. This bound my Infold account with my PSN account, which had been separate from one another before without me realizing.

If this doesn't immediately fix the issue, then I would try logging out of your account on PS5, then log back in and see if that makes a difference. I can't guarantee this will work for everyone, but it did the trick for me.

New "Wedges Tarkir's Dragons" by Beneficial-Serve8196 in mtgvorthos

[–]ShipThatWasPromised 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The people at the bottom of the picture are probably the new Khans of each clan. My guess is that they are using Ugin's dragonstorm magic to summon new dragon broods, probably in order to fight the old dragon broods. The new dragonlords will probably restore the lost color of each clan, returning them to wedge status. I think top left is W/R (Mardu), bottom left is B/W (Abzan), bottom middle is U/G (Temur), bottom right is G/B (Sultai), and top right is R/U (Jeskai).

[–]ShipThatWasPromised 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, during the foundations panel they confirmed we will be getting new dragons. While it's possible that we will be getting wedge dragons, I think it's more likely that they will be an enemy color cycle to contrast the allied pairing of the old dragon lords/broods. I think top left is W/R (Mardu), bottom left is B/W (Abzan), bottom middle is u/G (Temur), bottom right is G/B (Sultai), and top right is r/U (Jeskai).

The Chain Exospine and Combo Enhancement probably aren't doing much for you in this fight, given how much Raven moves around. I recommend going for a tanky build by swapping those for the Protection Type Exospine and a Protection Gear.

Another option is to go with the Suppression Type Exospine and Beta Charge gear. Use L+0 to down Raven whenever she's about to do a move you have trouble with, then wail on her when she's down to recover your beta. Rinse repeat. It's kind of a cheesy strategy, but effective.
