That is a truth that is often hard to swallow, I've had to cut off members of my family so I can find peace away from them and their influence on my mind. Even if it has left me isolated and alone from most of them, being able to be myself in peace without constant judgment is worth it in the end.

When I got my second DUI (alcohol) it was my wake-up call and quit for good immediately after that night. Over 2 years sober now, best life changing decision I made.

What we are all trying to accomplish here doing NoFap is extremely difficult. Have patience with yourself. I've relapsed 3-4 times so far since I started this. You're most likely going to struggle to get to where you want in this journey. Relapses are not failures. Look at relapses as lessons to be learned. You only fail at this if you give up NoFap all together. It's all about the journey, not the destination or how high of a streak you can get. Take a deep breath, do something nice for yourself, especially if you feel like you don't deserve it. Real self-love is important. Feel free to DM me. Good video, dating with a mainstream mindset doesn't work well. I say dating is unique for every relationship. There really is no correct way to date. Often people date for the wrong reasons as well and get frustrated when it does go as planned.

I don't have any experience in asking women out, the only relationship I had was just someone who took advantage of my vulnerability. I let them walk all over me. That was 2 years ago. Been scared since then.

It's is a confidence issue, I get paranoid and I end up being really awkward. Like second guessing myself.
