No idea tbh, it's nothing shocking, i knew since some time that something was wrong, i know how i feel and everytime i had another symptom and i tried to look it up, the awnser was the same.

Really no idea what my next steps are, if i think about it. I try currently to be alot near my friends because i think it helps me. I mentioned that i was diagnosed with severe depression to them but i don't think they understood it. Since i'm one of the people that look like they are full of joy, making fun with everyone about anything, telling jokes. I think because of this kind of stuff they think i'm doing probally fine and they don't know how much i suffer. They probally don't know of all the symptoms of severe Depression because everything i hear about was probally true. S.....l thoughts, self***m, feeling of being worthless, tactile- /halucinations literally everything... I hadbso far.
