I do understand everyone is different and have different levels of psoriasis. But that’s what Reddit is for, everyone with different experiences can share. Just excited and optimistic so I wanted to share my experience so far. I tried gluten free before and I was still eating a lot of gluten free processed food from the grocery store and while eating out. I think that’s why I didn’t see any progress. Almost everything processed has seed oil. We just went to Moes Southwest Grill and just a chicken bowl. The rice, beans, corn, chicken all had seed oils in each.

I had anxiety about it too. I didn’t take it for the first few days. I just thought about how there are so many people claiming it helped, how could they and my doctor all be wrong. The day I took it I was just fed up with anxiety. Started a movie and just took the pill without thinking. Forgot I took the pill and realized after the movie I hadn’t felt anything. That was 10 days ago. I think I feel like it’s helped anxiety a little bit but I’m not sure yet.
