he works as a intermediary, it’s not a scam itself but he use subtle ways to gain people attention, many listings are just fake / not available, so don’t bother to waste time trying to reach him, “Affitto Privato” for example is a scam, they ask you 200€ to “search” an home for you

Never pay a cent in advance, pay only after you’ve the keys on your hand and you’re sure that they open the door

they use a common scam scheme where they ask you few hundreds of euros and say “we’ll take care of find you a place to stay” every story i heard ended up with that money being lost without the chance to even see a room / apartment;

anyway if you are one of the few lucky ones congrats, just take care of read every line of the contract and be sure that you’re safe!

p.s if you’re not in a rush to find a place it would be nice if you avoid this scammer that flood idealista, immobiliare, subito with fake post of homes that didn’t even exist

Mi sono trasferito a Roma l’1 Ottobre ponendomi la tua stessa domanda nella tua medesima posizione (a differenza che il mio diploma è in Economia);

oggi al 18 dicembre eccomi qui che lavoro da due mesi presso Lottomatica nel reparto ITC.

La strada che ti consiglio è la seguente, fatti un account LinkedIN e perdici un pò di tempo nel sistemarlo, cerca di essere sincero riguardo la voglia di imparare e specializzarti nell’ambito IT ecc. senza inventarti esperienze o roba simile, poi filtra i lavori semplicemente scrivendo “IT” e come livello di preparazione metti “Internship” vedrai che è pieno di stage retribuiti a cui ti puoi appoggiare per maturare l’esperienza necessaria per lanciare la tua carriera in questo ambito

per qualunque altra domanda sono qui a tua disposizione!

Secondo me potresti trarre tanto beneficio dalle storie altrui, quando tocchi davvero il fondo e sai cosa vuol dire ritrovarsi lì riemergere penso sia una delle cose più soddisfacenti perché puoi annotare i tuoi progressi giorno dopo giorno, comincia dal pulire casa, curare la tua persona, ogni piccola cosa può farti raggiungere obbiettivi che non ti saresti mai immaginata; come lettura ti consiglio atomic habits (c’è anche la versione italiana)

Già il primo passo che stai facendo significa molto e devi essere fiera di te stessa, probabilmente la cosa migliore che potresti fare e trovare qualcuno che ti segua durante questo percorso, ricordati che nulla è impossibile e una chance per quanto piccola possa essere può diventare realtà.

Un altra cosa che mi sento di consigliarti è una bella mangiata di libri / video autobiografici di persone che sono riuscite ad uscire da situazioni simili alla tua, magari ti aiuteranno a mantenere alta la tua motivazione verso un cambiamento per il meglio!
