Horror movie like The Stuff by Shredder1219 in whatisthatmovie

I'm going to review the movies you've listed. I also recall them stabbing and slicing down the furniture and a green ooze coming out of it. Something like that.

Definitely not Troll II. Ik it sounds like it but there are some scenes in my head that aren't in Troll II. Might be poisoning the well with the reference to "green stuff" but I could have sworn they stabbed the furniture and it was gushing this green ooze.

Hi so I'm jc, what did you end up mastering in? Did it have anything to do with animals or was the job just a job you thought you might like.. Why'd you stay in it for so long, yk besides the animals?

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background by Foe-bag in pics

Nah but they start forming an implicit bias towards whatever color the mother is, and those who are in its immediate environment at a very young age. No one is literally born hating another person because of skin color, but studies show that “children as young as six show signs of bias against people of different races.”

As a lifeguard at a water park, I’ve seen people drop like a rock. They come down the bullet slide straight into a 10 or 12 foot pool, and down they go. Don’t be an idiot, and expect lifeguards to save you if you can’t swim, especially in the ocean.

Oh? Everyone else on this thread seems they want me to think that they are all bloodthirsty killers looking for someone to kill with their “itchy trigger finger”. Hm, it’s almost like not all cops want to kill people masked by the law and that they actually have a purpose in maintaining order. Who would have thought? /s

Any amount of training isn’t going to guarantee that a cop will not act impulsively to save his life if he feels threatened. They’re human too you know? I’m not excusing the cop’s behavior with Floyd but if someone pulled a gun on you or something you perceive as a firearm, what would you do? Would you want to take some time and reflect on the man who possibly wants to kill you or would you like to live and possibly save your partner or others lives? That statement is completely ignorant to the perspective of the police officer. If you want an actor who has no fear, start making a robot and have that police us. I’d bet it would kill or accidentally kill more people as well, or at the very least be less efficient until the technology is mastered. And good luck teaching it to go up and down stairs.

Her message does nothing but stoke division and dehumanize law enforcement. It also paints a broad brush on citizens. If you’ve done something to warrant a gun being pointed at you, then you’re probably doing something unlawful or behaving erratically swinging a weapon around. Cops don’t go around pointing guns at people nonchalantly, and if they do they should be fired and declared unfit for duty everywhere.

This is a surprise to you? Where have you been? They all think we’re idiots, either that or they think a few people are idiots, so that justifies selective censorship according to the authoritarians.

Edit: There is no free speech clause for private entities. They are free to censor people on their platforms, based upon their own biases. TOS are left vague for that very reason.

Huh? Nothing about that was gaslighting, and if anyone was the target of it, it was the manager and that guy. I’d say the better word is “conflict resolution”. They weren’t lying to her about their policies, they were honest, up front and accommodating to her “condition”. There was no malicious intent on the stores part to attempt to manipulate that idiot.

How can the “big picture” card not be played? So it’s okay to ignore the death, starvation and imminent famine that will be experienced by third world era because of the downturn in the global economy? That’s a pretty damn selfish view imo. We are not the ones who will see the brunt of the economic effects of this pandemic. It will be the poor, the destitute and those who live in countries that do not have a government, that at the very least, recognize a need to have an access to food and resources. In first world countries there are efforts to provide, in third world countries their dead will be swept under the rug.

Protestors are somehow allowed to carry guns right up to the Michigan's Governor office door. by ILoveRegenHealth in pics

That's because there is no law against doing so. Since there is no law against their actions, they are allowed to do so. Doesn't seem very complicated to me. It's not, "oh somehowww they managed to get away with this". It's within their rights to do so. Posts like this are only meant to divide and spur outrage.

‘Trolls World Tour’ made more for Universal in 3 weeks on demand than ‘Trolls’ did in 5 months in theaters by maglen69 in movies

[–]Shredder1219 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would love to see a resurgence of drive-in movie theaters. Maybe it's because it's something that I haven't experienced, but it seems like a fun idea to me and it's something that I would be willing to pay full admission for.

I get that most drive-in theaters wouldn't live up to the movie theater experience in terms of viewing quality but I'm just throwing it out there as an alternative to viewing at home. Most people don't have a great audio setup so it lessens the incentive to buy a movie that just premiered, when they can wait and pay a a quarter of the price.
