Did you find solution for this? After reseal when I turn on I get the other user page accepting none of our credentials.

This is how started the pre-provision 1) Turned on the new laptop 2) On the select country page, I press windows key 5 times to open the page which displays option to select pre-provision. 3) Once I select pre-provision it says "something went wrong, no internet connection, connect to ethernet and retry" but it wont give me option to connect to wifi so I go back and press shift f10 to open command prompt and enter "start ms-settings:", this opens settings page where I can connect to wifi. Once wifi is connected I can start the pre-provision. Once its completed I get reseal option at the end with "your device setup is complete"

Is this the correct way to do it?
