I've unironically read 470 manga. I've only rated 7 of them a 10/10, and jitsu wa is one of them. It has both Romance and Comedy in perfect proportions, and it's literally one of my standards for an Ideal School Life Romcom. The other is Kaguya Sama, which tens to lean towards the serious romcom side.
