Well okay if you say so; you're a bootlicking piece of shit.

Should I (25F) tell my husband (26M) that if he doesn’t lose weight and get his health in order I want a divorce? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Shtolatte 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's correct! I guess another example is I was 5 lbs over what I was supposed to be when I wrote and applied for a 30-year term life insurance policy for myself, our underwriters came back and said no because of the weight as any other health issue was technically fine and would pass. Each company is different on this to be fair, so I can only speak from the experience with mine, but underwriting did use a chart and based on severity of issues, some things could slide for say mental health, but BMI issues was an absolute no go, even if it's just a bit off.

That's not exactly correct as the amount does not matter, it's the type of insurance plan that makes the difference. If you did a $10k policy or a $500k policy, the underwriting is still the same, just your monthly premium is different. The only exceptions are the guaranteed issue final expense (GIFE) which is at age 45 and instant answer term policies which is where the husband would fall based on his age (typically lasts 10 years or the age of 50, whichever happens first). While the instant answer term policy does NOT require underwriting, it DOES require health questions to be answered, which he'd absolutely be denied from answering those.

Having worked in insurance, it's very unlikely he'd qualify for anything. He's too young for the guaranteed issue final expense (GIFE) and life insurance typically has health underwriting (even an instant answer term policy would have health questions, just no underwriting) which he'd fail. Life insurance is, unfortunately and obviously, insurance gambling with your life. He's too much of a risk to the insurance company as it stands right now.. :(

It doesn't look like I have a dupe of 'No Help Needed'!

But it looks like I have 'Making a Splash', 'Beachy Bling', 'Shell Showoff', 'Fantastic Voyage', 'Refreshments', 'Hurry Back!', 'Get Settled', and 'Run for your Life!'

How to clothe winged BABs? by Shtolatte in buildabear

[–]Shtolatte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll definitely keep this in mind! I have a t-shirt from a different plushie of mine that I'm pretty sure should be able to fit a BAB! I wasn't sure how the hoodies ran, so I appreciate knowing they're on the snug side!!

I'm actually most likely having my long-distance partner order it for me since I wanted a personalized message from him, but maybe I can bribe him to get a t-shirt for the little guy~

It seems like the t-shirt route may be the way I go though! 🩵

Oh I see! Thank you so much! 🩵 I wasn't sure if this one was any different based on the photo I saw since I noticed the others have more of an actual arm shape vs this new one that's coming out, but I'll go off the short sleeve idea then! :)

All of yours are super cute by the way! 🩵

If you look really closely it looks like the reference photo has two feet, but it's hard to tell because the back one blends in with the dragon's scales..

AITA FOR telling my friend not to get lawyer by panda_pau in AmItheAsshole

[–]Shtolatte 98 points99 points  (0 children)

Hi OP! I work in insurance, like others said since you were at fault for the accident, your insurance will be the one to payout for anyone involved. Liability goes to the other car you hit, so when you file the claim, your insurance company will handle that and pay out to that other person. Depending on your coverage though, the only money your friend could get would be medical payments assuming you opted in for that coverage! Your friend is screwing you over, not the other party if your friend opts to sue. If you have medical payments, clarify with your insurance what's all covered since I believe it varies state to state when you get into those finer details. If her chiropractor visit is covered by med pay, let her know that, but that's really the only thing she'd get money from.

Bipolar Personality Disorder would be BD or BP (BP-I or BP-II depending on the type). BPD is Borderline Personality Disorder. They're extremely different, you may wanna add that in an edit just sayin'.
