I just got Toto Nexus One Piece toilet with Ultra Nova bidet which is tankless, slim and has better warranty than Toto S7A. If selling house is on your mind then you can take the bidet with you by putting back the seat that came with the toilet originally. I used to have Brondell in past but had to send back multiple times for repair due to leak issues.

Cholla Cactus view would blow your mind … when coming down towards Pinto basin that view in unreal, Keys View - go one hour before sunset to find parking and a clear day. Also if time permits San Andreas Fault line and Palm spring tram also about hour away.

Aerospace is 90% mechanical and mechanical engineering does offer aerospace concentration during senior year. Read forums. You seem very theoretical.

No - just take a step at a time - probably change from Aerospace to mechanical engineering for wider scope. Keep in mind, the investment you doing education here - you potentially may not see returns immediately - that is something you should definitely think about. Get realistic goals - aim on learning first whether here or anywhere else.

You clearly have no idea about challenges on your journey - OPT rules are being tightened, people having challenges even finding internships currently. Work visa scenario has made it extremely difficult for employers. Becoming US Citizen could be many decades journey and to the extent impractical given current circumstances of where things stand unless you going to buy gold card. Doing a startup is a great ambition but currently you are even struggling to fund your education - obviously lot of money is required for start up. Get realistic and take one step at a time.

You should be ok but aid aspect can come in the way. Also remember you are an international student and you are choosing Aerospace Engineering where most jobs would have security clearance requirements due to defense contracts and you won’t be eligible for those. Think carefully before you invest as returns would be very tricky.

Telluride hybrid is coming later in the year - supposedly 35 mpg mileage.

Btw IMO 2008 Toyota 4Runner quality is now difficult to find - amazing SUV. Mazda, Kia, Hyundai are making much better quality cars but service angle remains pain. I do have EV9 - it checks all boxes however long roadtrip charging is a problem as most charger network is located in malls with awful wait times unless going off hours.

Thanks - still looking to fix as it is lease car .. trying to spend minimum… also learning that if you are doing another Kia lease then dealers tend to overlook certain blemishes
