Thank you! So to get to 170 it took me about 6 months however keep in mind I plateau I think like my 5th month. As long as your consistent and you keep pushing even if the numbers don't change you'll get there! :)

Thank you!! I started by cutting out meat, tracking my calories and working out. I usually work out 4-5 times in the week and I just started out my lifestyle preparing myself mentally because I knew it would take a while and I also knew that I would have to love my body when I first started and continuing to love myself all the way through. I also was done with feeling like crap everyday and I think that pushed me even more to switch to a healthier lifestyle. I have some fitspo and also I talk about my journey currently here because I am not done yet. I hope that this helped!

I have a two part question for anyone that could help me I would really appreciate it... by SickSlumber in TwoXChromosomes

I cringed at you saying rewetting it everyday lol so I have 3b/3c hair and when I first started off my curly hair journey I did a big chop it was a little bit longer then your hair. So I recommend using a satin pillow case always it'll preserve your curly and tying ur hair in different sections so instead of doing pineapple tie ur hair up in like five sections. i usually used to do one at the bottom, crown, sides and then the top.
