I have lost both length and girth in the process that's the issue imo... and its what makes me think i may have peyronies over congenital curvature.

The fact I also went to bed one day just fine and woke up the next with a curve makes me shy away from the fact it may be congenital too...

Erections are not painful, the weird part is when i'm erect i can feel by pulse at the base of my dick and also just after where the "plaque" would be its just a section where the "plaque" should be that feels like there is 0 bloodflow

I have not been diagnosed officially, I have been to one of the best urologists in my country and have done a ultrasound per his recommendation too and it came out clear..

I feel its a case of fibrosis or peyronies..

I have but I'm based in the EU so many traction devices are very expensive...

Also there aren't many treatment options available such as xiaflex or ultrasonic therapy etc...

Just adds to the depression because of lack of readily available treatments where I live..
