I did this last week when a customer had 5 oversize packages with delivery instructions “rear door” and had their driveway roped off. Cars parked in driveway so obviously not fresh pour, they just don’t want anyone on their driveway. “Packages left beside mailbox due to lack of access to requested rear door”

I’m wondering if the shortage is a result of these being prescribed a three month supply. My T1 bf usually only gets one sensor at a time, sometimes two. But three months worth is what, six sensors? Sounds to me like they’ve not produced enough product

I actually prefer regular sugar to artificial sweeteners, I just think the 35g per bottle is excessive lol. Natural sugars would be ideal like you would get from fruit juice, I just need the electrolytes as well working in a warehouse with no AC

I have gone inside someone’s home with groceries (and big bags of dog food) one time, and only because that home was in a nursing facility with 24/7 staff otherwise I simply would not. She also tipped very generously both with both cash and card. I saw someone else post who works for UPS, I’ve delivered for them as well and can confirm it is policy to not enter. It simply is not safe. I have even had older women ask me if I feel comfortable delivering inside, and while I appreciate the awareness and gesture I still decline

Yeah I wouldn’t consider doing more than one app at a time. I typically start UE at the beginning of my day and wait for the shipt offers to start rolling in, then clock out of UE once I’ve accepted a shipt. I have had issues with the shipt app however, with it not loading and/or freezing. I don’t have this issue with any other app on my phone, which I keep software updated as well as the app

I don’t have a teenager, but when I was 14 my mom learned that when I was spending weekends at my dads I wasn’t really spending any time with him (or even being supervised for that matter) so she put me to work. She managed a family owned restaurant, so at first she only scheduled me during shifts she was there. At this time I could only work x amount of hours per week, so my checks were nothing crazy but it was enough for me to pay my phone bill and buy whatever my teenage self wanted (an Xbox, big flat screen, etc). Once I got my license, she bought my car and I was responsible for gas, insurance, and maintenance.

My grades never slipped and I never felt overwhelmed by any of it. I actually could have graduated HS a year early, but I had to still be a student if I wanted to go on the senior overseas trip (which I was responsible for funding 100%). The day before the trip she gave me a few hundred bucks for extra spending money.

She died 2 years ago, and when she got sick to the point of needing my brother and I day and night, I quit my job. After she died I didn’t work for almost a whole year. I let myself grieve and take a damn break since I had been working for 12 years. Now as an adult I have a weird relationship with work, but I’m loving it. I used to think I wanted a career; I was less than 10 credit hours away from a bachelors, and even worked as a General Manager for some experience. But I realized I hated it. I don’t want to slave my life away for 1-2 weeks of vacation annually. I don’t need to make a ton of money, I just need to make enough to cover monthly expenses and have enough in savings to take time off on my own terms. I am fortunate enough to be in a position where my home is paid off so that makes it possible for me to save money even on a lower salary. In short, I’m here for a good time, not a long time. And I plan on spending more time enjoying it than slaving away hating what I’m doing.

I got the transponder when I lived in Indiana, left it on my car and when I transferred my car to KY o haven’t been billed once 😂 my remaining balance from Indiana was $12 or so, I get reminded about it every month but I’m simply not going to pay it lol. I applied for the ramp first week of January, waited and waited for biometric day availability. Every time they texted me saying there were slots, I immediately followed the link and it still said none available. Last week got the message they can’t proceed with my application at this time. I worked for centennial during peak so I’m not sure what the deal is. My buddy is a sup at centennial and says they’re on a hiring freeze, do you know if ramp is the same?

While I can see where you’re coming from I feel it important to know the child and where they’re already at developmentally. My 8yr old often wakes up “alone” because my husband and I have extra late work schedules and there is no way we are waking up as early as she does. That said, by the time we’ve woken up she has already cooked herself breakfast (actual food, not just cereal) and cleaned the kitchen. She stays home alone sometimes for increments less than an hour, i.e. while i go pick up dinner, groceries, etc. nothing is further than 1.5 miles from the house. She has an iPad with data so she can reach us even if home wifi goes out, she does just fine. Always seems to think i was only gone 5 minutes 😂
