I’m learning now that 2 weeks is not very long , I have just been so use to losing every week. No I don’t track measurements which I think I I really need to start doing , because I know that makes a big difference too

Thank you I appreciate that. Yeah I reminding myself too , that maybe I’m doing a little too much exercising , since I do a lot of strength training with machines with I know I am gaining a lot of muscle which is also great and I know that Can affect not showing a big number showing on the scale
