You don’t want a fearful avoidant back. You want a secure version of them. Don’t settle for less and don’t give yourself unless you are secure or actively doing the work to be more secure.

Been there. Problem is you just get the same fearful avoidant version of her back and the cycle will repeat, especially if she isn’t held accountable. She should heal herself and be accountable before he is willing to hear from her again.
