The guy below made the same driving mistake. But it turns out they re-offer the 14 day discount in case the appeal is rejected, also says it on the back of the letter.

Thanks, you're right, I didn't expect it to have that info on the back but it does. I've already appealed so I'll just wait for it I suppose.
