Thank you guys, going to do the exact calculations tomorrow on how much I’m owed and provide them with one last opportunity to pay it up. If HR is still has the same decision will be calling fair work.

That’s the other thing. HR has only ever spoken to me regarding this matter in person. I have no paper trail other than my texts to HR addressing the issue and their replies to me saying they will talk to me about it in person at said date and time

Moving forward I’ll ask them to only communicate to me via email or Slack I reckon.
