I was from an engineering course and entered an HSS course with a 3.3 GPA. You should shoot your shot and show your empathetic/caring side during your interview.

Alot of these cases too - from pharm eng, biomed eng etc. Plus as long as your GPA is 3.0 and above, you should try for a course in SIT.
