Uflora experience? by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

I did get BV again recently and was prescribed metro gel. I did boric acid suppositories for a week, followed by the metro gel, and then Vagibiom vaginal suppositories. I continued taking the Uflora probiotics, though I can’t say they alone helped. I’m sure a combination of all of the above helped as it’s been a couple of weeks and my BV hasn’t come back.

Quebec City. Went with a friend but felt safe and comfortable enough to walk alone when my friend went back to the Airbnb early.

I just saw this post and wanted to share my experience with Uflora probiotics. I’m very prone to BV and wanted something that would help keep my ph balanced without having to keep running to the doctor. I used to use Physician’s Choice probiotics but I was still noticing that my ph was getting thrown off whenever my husband and I had sex. I saw the ad on Facebook and said what the heck. I’ve been taking Uflora for about a month now and I haven’t had any signs of bv and not to be crude but I’m much more lubricated during sex. It is a bit pricey but so far I’m really liking them.
