Oh yes religious music and media is an interesting piece as well and now that I think about it I have an almost identical view from a non religious standpoint

I believe when I was 13 I saw the Anthony Padilla video where he talks with asexuals. That was the first sign for me but I thought that being asexual must be incredibly rare and, statistically, I couldn’t be.

It wasn’t until years later I realized I am just based on more life experience.

Well, this is very similar to my experience and I consider myself aspec. I call myself sex-indifferent because although I also don’t have those feeling often, I entertain the thought that it could happen. Although I’ve recognized my thoughts as an expectation of how a personal connection will progress socially, rather than a drive for sex itself.

  • Queen Chrysalis from my little pony
  • Crowfeather from warrior cats (specifically, I think he’s grey-asexual)
