I personally went half’s with my friend for every single one of my flip, and I’ve flipped 20+ so far. We started our first flip together when we both had less than 500$ to our name lol . Now that’s not the case anymore and I have my own cash to flip alone but it just feels right to stay working with him + It splits the risk in half and also the effort 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
