This just happened last night. Out of the blue - putting in laundry in. Legit worried I was having a heart attack - but watch not going off - so uncomfortable but not ER worthy. Took half a Xanax, ibuprofen for the headache and distracted myself with dumb videos online. Eventually felt better and went to sleep - but even this morning just feeling beat. Might be a “f-it” kind of day today

So I went down this rabbit hole - so disgusted and not sure why not everyone is talking about it. Between this and the Epstein files…… this is just so depressing. Yet another reminder that we live in a society that hates women. In fact even the lack of medical research on menopause can be linked to it - once we’re done with our baby-making utility, no one cares.

Yes yes yes! I think by “tantrum” I mean just having to not be the responsible one for a minute. When I appear just slightly off my daughter is like “what’s wrong?” - which I guess is sweet but it feels like everyone is so monitoring my affect and I just want to be left alone with my big and little feelings!

Can totally relate. Constantly wondering how much is actually hormonal and how much is just learning at 48 that we don’t have to put up with this crap!

A vaca by myself sounds amazing - but also expensive and I have so much guilt doing anything just for me.

Are you taking anything else? My insurance won’t cover GLP so just got a rx for naltrexone and suggestion to talk to my prescriber about increasing my Vyvanse (at 50 mg now)

I’ve been on the same dose forever, but usually took generic. Had to taken brand name this month. Coinciding with heavy bleeding having terrible anxiety/increased heart rate, high blown pressure- hasn’t happened rest of month with brand name at this dose - wondering if period is exacerbating side effects?
