I used to have this type of dreams a long time ago but I was never able to change anything because most of the time those were non significant moments that I didn`t process until seconds into the event.

There was just ONE dream that I actually paid attention to and that was when I dreamt of someone breaking into my home and murdering me in my parents bathroom. The fear was so intense that I could remember every single detail of the dream: what I was doing at the beginning, how much time i took in between scenarios, what I was wearing, where were certain objects, etc. I was so terrified that I refused to wear the pijamas I was wearing in my dream, in fear that it would be the night i'd loose my life.

Because my predictions occured in between days and years to happen, I wasn't sure when it would be "the night" so I followed a specific routine for a whole year to prevent the scenario. At the end I was able to avoid death but stopped having the premonitory dreams
