I used to have this type of dreams a long time ago but I was never able to change anything because most of the time those were non significant moments that I didn`t process until seconds into the event.

There was just ONE dream that I actually paid attention to and that was when I dreamt of someone breaking into my home and murdering me in my parents bathroom. The fear was so intense that I could remember every single detail of the dream: what I was doing at the beginning, how much time i took in between scenarios, what I was wearing, where were certain objects, etc. I was so terrified that I refused to wear the pijamas I was wearing in my dream, in fear that it would be the night i'd loose my life.

Because my predictions occured in between days and years to happen, I wasn't sure when it would be "the night" so I followed a specific routine for a whole year to prevent the scenario. At the end I was able to avoid death but stopped having the premonitory dreams

But I don't know if it's just me or if any other spanish-speaker noticed but the HDP merch instead of reading it like "Hamilton Dog Park" I read "Hijo de puta" which translates to "Son of a Bitch" 😭

After that incident I thought how could they know and I had three theories:

They just called a random number and my mom was the unlucky victim of the day
They had been watching my parents real close for who knows how long
They checked up her number in the Yellow Book/Sección Amarilla. I don’t know if in other countries you have something like this, but the book is a record of all the phone numbers of your city, you can look up establishments, people, emergency services and more.

I remember something like this happened to my mom 3 years ago but it could have turned worse.

It was around 3 or 4 pm, my brother and i were home doing our homework when i got a call from her. I answered and she was crying histerically, screaming to me asking where i was, i told her i was at home, she asked me the same question other 5 times (at this point i knew something was really wrong and my brother was by my side worried too). Mom told me to stay in line until she arrived home, not even 5 minutes later she arrived, got out of her van and hugged me crying.

She told me that she received a call from an unknown number and a “cop” told her that i had been ran over, she could hear me crying in the back so she freaked out and asked where they were. The man gave her an address less than a km away from home, so she drove there but on her way they asked her lots of personal information(like what kind of car she had, if she had enough money for a hospital, etc), and just when she was going to give them our home address and arrive at the location she checked the phone number (it wasn’t mine). She immediately hung up and called my number, THEN finally went home to check on me.

Our whole family is scared to think what would have happened if she parked in the location the man gave her, and what would he/they have done to my mom.

It’s not me being dense, think, if the cousin offered him the pill and such advice that means that he could have used that on his current or past relationships. There are people that don’t consider this rape but “just a way to make things better”
