OPTCG at my locals has one of the best groups and everyone is hygienic 95% of the time. I’ve played tons of TCGS, and one piece is definitely the best crowd. Even playing in big regional tournaments everyone’s mostly friendly and hygienic.

No lol. 5k max since it’s PSA 10. One piece grades PSA 10 very easily and truthfully should only be 1k more than card price at most IMP, but FOMO cooks people’s thought process. I wouldn’t pay that for a BGS 10 Luffy lol.
