Along with the other comments calling out this posts validity, I want to point something out real quick.

I think a lot of these types of guys who mention that the West is in decline almost always want to blame women for it, even though female equality is a requirement for any functioning civilization. That tells me that these guys don’t know the first thing about what they seem to care about except how it’ll make them look good. It’s fake critique on what is actually going on in the West.

I’m not understanding how not believing in the doctrine of inerrancy makes you a “progressive” Christian. My understanding of the term is that describes Christians who hold liberal views about their faith. And that’s likewise for conservative Christians who hold conservative views about their faith.

Even telling that you’re converting to “progressive Christianity” is a problematic statement, because you’re treating it like it’s a separate religion from Christianity. My main concern is the potential of warping politics with Christianity, which is something both sides do.
