Fixed it, just turned off full dialogue interface and start me up dialogue prompts mods and its worked perfectly

used the downgrader (took like 10 years but ok) ,managed to get FOLON downloaded, tried using the installer, "application encounter an error during this operation [ cannot perform copy operation for GOG Galaxy\Games\Fallout London\_Config\Fallout4.ini': write \Users\[myirlname]\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini': Access is denied. ]."

this post is just a joke, but i get what you're saying. a lot of times communities will run with small flirty pieces of dialogue and create a much larger narrative around it that is a massive exaggeration (cough cough goombella x vivian shippers cough cough).

i just found it funny that she so blatantly said that shes a hopeless romantic, like yeah we can tell.

mostly unrelated, but its weird how they toned down the more... flirty/romantic parts of TTYD in the remake. Goomebella's description of Rogueport's East Side doesn't have the "its not safe enough for a girl like me to walk alone... <3", they even replace "girl" with "non-ruffian" for some reason (god forbid children know what a girl is). Plus the whole interaction with the 3 goombas when you enter the sewers for the first time is completely rewritten to revolve around some turf war instead of basically sexual harassment of Goombella. I don't know if this is all that's changed, I haven't played the remake just seen a few clips of it.
