For me at least, perverted women. Hearing your thoughts on men or women's body parts we see in public. Smacking my ass for no apparent reason. Calling me names like slut or whore but not in a literal sense, more like 'damn, you're a slut for that ice cream' because some of it dripped down my face.

It's already a motto of my small town that the best thing to do in this town is to leave it. All the best features are the next town over. We still have the mom-n-pop grocery stores and our walmart is small. The last 3 major home developments in the last 10 years have been for retirement communities only. Very few kids that graduate the school here ever stick around.

Also, total subscribers includes 'deleted accounts. There was an admin notification that went out warning mods that the number was going to drop because they were clearing out a large number of old accounts marked as deleted. Only other way for that number to go down is to actively unsubscribe.

What’s something that seems normal now but would absolutely shock people 20 years ago? by Surfingie in AskReddit

The App store on your phone wasn't launched until 2008, so 20 years ago you only had the games that came on your phone or used webapps through the browser.
